We use only premium chocolate. You choose from Dark, Semi-Sweet, Milk or White Chocolate. Nothing but delicious chocolate is found in our chocolate fountains and as our past clients can tell you – it is delicious. Just read our testimonials! We now offer a small “SUGAR FREE” Chocolate Fountain to accompany your 34″ Sephra fountain to your guests that are unable to enjoy our regular delicious chocolate for only $150 extra.

We accept checks, money orders and all major credit cards.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure a chocolate fountain for your date. We do not hold dates without a signed contract and deposit for more than 14 business days.

Generally, the Chocolate Fountain and Bar is used for up to the last 3 hours of your party to compliment dessert. Your Premium Chocolate Fountain and Bar rental includes the following:

• Your choice of chocolate. Milk, Dark, Semi-Sweet or White Chocolate.

• Up to 3 Hours of continuous running 34″ Sephra fountain.

• 10″ Thick bamboo skewers.

• One Chocolatier attendant appropriately dressed for refreshing your dippable items.

• Delivery, set up, teardown and cleanup.

• 13 Different Delicious Dippables plenty for up to 150 guests.

• Full Insurance.

We now offer small package for parties with way under 150 guests at a reasonable cost. We include our 34″ Sephra Fountain and all 13 dippers for $400 plus $2.00 per person. As always, we use the Caterer’s meal count as the total number of guests at a party.

Our Chocolate Fountain and Bar are intended to be used for dessert. Usually the last 3 hours of your event, generally when dinner is being served. A predetermined amount of dippers are supplied at each event depending on the number of guests. Typically, when the Fountain and Bar are used at the beginning of a function your guests will be hungry and consume the dippers included with your package in a short amount of time. Therefore, to insure we prepare for your event properly we charge $50 extra for the additional dippers that will be enjoyed. We will be happy to discuss your individual needs and the need for this surcharge with you.

We will supply dippables for up to 150 people. We supply fresh Strawberries, Bananas, Pineapple Chunks, Maraschino Cherries, Marshmallows, Pretzel Rods, Oreo, Vanilla Wafer, Graham Crackers, Sugar Wafers, Strawberry Wafers, Ritz Crackers and Chocolate Chip Cookies. We will work with your taste to provide the best assortment of Dippers to customize your chocolate display. Additional cost may apply for specialty Dippers.

One attendant is included in your package for $599. When your event approaches 175 quests or more you should consider a second attendant. A second attendant is mandatory when your guest list hits 200 people or more. The cost for a second attendant is $75. Most of our competitors include one attendant simply to watch the fountain. For basically the same price we include all of the dippers for up to 150 people. That means our attendants do more work keeping the fountain and bar fresh and clean. When your party hits 185-200 people, it is unrealistic for one person to do the job to our standards effectively. A small gratuity, 10-15% would be appreciated.

We will include the fountain, attendant, choice of chocolate, skewers, set-up and tear down. If you choose to bring along EXTRA dippables (in addition to what we supply), our attendant will be happy to display and refresh your items for you. We rent fountains picked up and dropped off clean for only $150

We rent Cheese Fountains perfect for appetizers or Cocktail Hour. We even rent Caramel Fondue Bars. We can provide additional fountains and fondues full of your second and third Chocolate choices, flavors and colors. Call for details on additional items. We also rent a small sturdy fountain that services from 10-30 people for $100. The rental fee includes the fountain, chocolate, skewers and a double boiler for you to use. There is no attendant included. This is a picked up and dropped off price. We now rent Sephra 34″ fountains picked up and dropped off clean for only $150.

Due to popular demand we have expanded our Kids Party selection. Our Candy Bars, Chocolate Shot Machines, Cotton Candy, Popcorn, Hot Dog, Coffee, Capachino Stations and the rest are a sure hit with the guests. Make lasting memories at your next Birthday Party, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Sweet Sixteen and any other event where you want to excite kids of all ages. You can also check out our Party Add-Ons for information on our Flowing Cheese Fountains, Ice Cream Sundae Bars, Frozen Fun and Banana Foster party favorites. We also rent a 44″ Sephra fountain you can upgrade to any package for an additional $100.

We offer almost any flavor chocolate. The most popular specialty flavors are Raspberry, Mint and Hazelnut. Specialty flavors are $25 additional. We also offer the same delicious chocolate in the colors below. Call for prices.

Yes, we have liability insurance. A “Certificate of Insurance” is available for your banquet hall or facility upon request. We always recommend that you require liability insurance from all your vendors for your special event.

We are Extremely proud to announce our new affiliations with Chocolate Fountain companies in New York and Delaware. This is good news for anyone looking to rental a Chocolate Fountain for your wedding or event in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware. Due to this new relationship you will be able to save money on travel costs and access greater availability for cost effective Chocolate Fountains and other specialty Gourmet items. All you need to do is call our phone number no matter where you are planning your affair in the Mid Atlantic States. Book a fountain and save. Call for details and travel costs if any.

We require that you provide a sturdy level table capable of holding 100 pounds which is what the fountain approximately weighs when running, an 120 volt grounded electrical outlet within 10 feet of fountain and the linens and decorations for the chocolate fountain table. A separate backroom or out of sight set up area with a six foot table or counter space with electricity nearby is also needed. In addition, you will need ample plates, napkins and a trash receptrical for your guests to use.

Accordion ContentWhen it comes to outdoor chocolate fountain rentals, we suggest an enclosed tent. The concerns are insects and the wind which we cannot control. We will assume no responsibility for any act of God such as temperature variations, insects or the wind.
